Kat Shoa, Founder, Caspius
Kat Shoa is the founder of Caspius, an enterprise AI adoption and change management practice. She’s been involved with various aspects of over $1.5B in transformation projects. Her multidisciplinary background spans business strategy, technology development, and organizational change, giving her a clear view of what it takes to integrate new technologies into complex environments. She has worked across industries including utilities, tech, energy, professional services, and healthcare, helping organizations navigate high-stakes transformations where growth, risk, and innovation intersect. As the change lead for 5 years at Southern California Edison, she managed the organizational change for 1/3 of the company’s high-risk projects.
